Business Development Specialist - 12 months contract

- Support coordination of BD-driven events and other repeatable motions
- Leverage partners and hunt new customers
- Keep Key Account contacts and partners current on company updates and engaged via LinkedIn
- Qualify incoming leads to evaluate their potential for Exotec
- Ensure a proper handover of opportunities to Sales
- Collaborate with Marketing and regularly provide insights
- Create and launch impactful lead generation campaigns
Requirements
We’re excited to welcome someone who shares our passion for collaboration and innovation. Here’s what will help you succeed in this role :
- Experience : Typically 3+ years of proven success within logistics products/systems, 3PL sales, or supply chain consulting.
- Industry insight : Experience in B2B sales engineering for intralogistics is a strong plus.
- Language skills : Professional fluency in French is essential; strong English proficiency is highly desired
- Motivation : You take pride in delivering results and enjoy seeing your impact.
- Strong communicator : Comfortable sharing ideas and key messages in writing, presentations, and conversations with partners and clients.
- Collaborative spirit : You thrive in a proactive, energetic team environment, because at Exotec, we build together.
