- Collaborate with sales, industry experts, and R&D to architect solutions for complex RF/digital challenges.
- Lead customer engagements from a technical engineering standpoint.
- Define and execute measurement setups , demos , and technical proposals .
- Support delivery: instrument configuration, automation workflows, verification tests, and user training.
- Conduct technical sessions (workshops, seminars, measurements) and occasionally produce concise technical documentation.
- Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering required; Master's preferred (RF/MW/mmW focus).
- 5-8 years experience in test & measurement or RF/digital system validation.
- Strong hands-on experience with VNA , signal/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and AWGs .
- Solid understanding of RF systems, impairments, calibration methods, and high-speed digital test techniques.
- Practical knowledge of Python, MATLAB, C#, or C/C++ for automation and data processing.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineering audiences.
- Proficiency in English and French .
