Technical Support Remote Engineers (VIE) - Warsaw, Poland (12 months)

Your mission

Joining our hotline hub in Warsaw, Poland, as a Technical Support Remote Engineer , you can expect your day-to-day to look a lot like this:

• Be the go-to technical expert on our hotline, supporting distributors, installers, and end users across the French market with confidence and care.
• Manage and resolve incoming tickets efficiently, ensuring every customer query is handled with precision and a smile.
• Create and record FAQ content and online training courses tailored to the needs of your region, making knowledge accessible to all.
• Document processes, solutions, and best practices to continuously improve the support experience.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports - weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually - to keep the department centre informed and aligned.
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our remote support operations in a fast-paced, international team.

Your profile

Alright, now that you have a feel for what the role is about - let's talk about you! To thrive in this position and truly enjoy the journey, your background should ideally look something like this:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience that tells the same story.
• Some previous exposure to the energy sector is a real plus - whether through internships, projects, or professional experience.
• A genuine passion for clean technology and a strong drive to keep learning and growing in this space.
• Excellent command of both French and English at C1 level or above - you will be supporting French-speaking customers and collaborating in English daily.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, you know the drill.
• The ability to work independently, stay focused, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• A quick-learning mindset and the curiosity to deepen your knowledge in the renewable energy world.
