Position:

CAREL France is the French commercial subsidiary of the CAREL Group, a global leader in control solutions for refrigeration, HVAC, and energy efficiency. We support our customers across French, Belgian, Luxembourg and Maghreb markets with local sales, technical expertise, training, and service, while leveraging the innovation and resources of an international organization.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer providing support to the field sales engineers (ASM) for the Maghreb market.

He/She actively contributes to the company's commercial activities through the daily follow-up of customer and prospect requests.

He/She advises and supports customers in their search for products and solutions, carries out product sizing and selection, and prepares price quotations.

He/She keeps the field sales engineer informed of all requests within the assigned territory.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for refrigeration and HVAC professionals (distributors, system integrators, refrigeration contractors, kitchen equipment specialists, HVAC contractors, etc.), ensuring customer satisfaction by supporting them throughout the sales process.
• Prepare standard quotations, product equivalency proposals, and spare parts quotations.
• Select and size CAREL equipment and services.
• Inform and educate customers about new products, services, and solutions.
• Respond to tenders and requests for quotation by preparing cost estimates and commercial proposals for customers, partners, and prospects in line with the defined business models.
• Ensure proper communication of commercial information and customer relationship management through the required reporting to management and effective use of the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), monitoring and supervisory systems.
• Understanding of communication protocols and network systems
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and address technical challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make suggestions and drive improvements.
• The person can be based either in Lyon or Casablanca
