Our customer service team plays a vital role as a key point of contact for both customers and internal departments. A positive, can-do attitude is essential for success in this role, as we strive to provide exceptional support and ensure the best outcomes for our customers.

Main responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at Breas, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Customer Services Team. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist with office coordination, sales team support, and general administrative tasks to help deliver excellent service to our customers.

• Handle customer and patient inquiries via phone and email
• Process sales orders, invoices, and customer credits using the JDE SOP system
• Manage order filing, shared inbox inquiries, and dispatch requests
• Maintain records of trial machines and support the sales team with updates
• Assist with credit control and general administrative tasks
• Coordinate office supplies, visitor refreshments, and event logistics
• Support the organization of French education/study days
• Any other administration tasks that are required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good numeracy and literacy skills (minimum GSCE Mathematics and English)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Good IT skills, including Sales Order Processing systems, Excel, and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
