- Project Governance & Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for data initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and manage project execution across cross-functional teams.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment between all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management & Business Analyst
- Act as a key business partner , ensuring stakeholder expectations are clearly understood and achieved.
- Facilitate communication between business users, project managers, analysts, and technical teams involved in Agile delivery.
- Support alignment of data products with business value creation and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Functional Specification & Solution Design
- Strong experience in supply chain domain, Demand planning, SAP knowledge.
- Provide functional specifications and requirements for Data Engineers and Data Visualization Experts.
- Ensure that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements for implementation.
- Collaborate in solution design to ensure relevance, robustness, and usability of data products.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and define mitigation strategies proactively .
- Monitor issues continuously and ensure timely resolution to minimize impact.
- Documentation & Governance
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation across all phases.
- Contribute to data governance practices and adherence to guidelines for sustainable data usage (aligned with domain objectives).
- Functional & Domain Expertise
- Strong experience in supply chain domain, Demand planning, SAP knowledge .
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and business data use cases.
- Ability to define and manage end-to-end data project scope and requirements .
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Proven experience in project management and coordination across multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders .
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Have basic experience on running query to validate the data and Strong analytical thinking to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical deliverables
- Capability to identify risks, issues, and inconsistencies and drive resolution.
- Documentation & Process Rigor
- Ability to maintain structured documentation and project artifacts .
- High attention to detail and governance discipline.
- Collaboration & Agile Mindset
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams .
- Strong collaboration skills across business, data engineering, and analytics teams .
- French Language is mandatory skill
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency and drive.
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well with the team members to maintain high credibility
