Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Healthcare Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the senior health manager and the responsible physician to ensure the smooth daily operations of our service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to the healthcare team.
• Organize and coordinate unit activities based on patient needs and available resources.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of care.
• Assist professionals in organizing their work and managing daily challenges.
• Help manage schedules and adjust staffing according to unit needs.
• Facilitate patient journey coordination from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate closely with the medical team and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Ensure effective communication within the team.
• Welcome and mentor new staff and students.
• Contribute to implementing institutional procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Hold a Bac+3 degree and have at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Possess a health management diploma or equivalent qualifications for supervisory roles.
• Experience in managing a healthcare team is essential.
• Experience in psychiatry is a plus.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and make decisions in a changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team.
• Capability to support professionals and manage sensitive or conflict situations.
• Proficiency in common computer tools.

Working Conditions

• Contract: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Working hours: 38 hours per week, with 18 RTT (reduced working time) days per year.
• Location: Lyon area.
