Job Description

The junior Salesforce Business Analyst role offers rapid exposure to Salesforce solution implementation with our clients, guided by experienced consultants. This internship in Lyon is aimed at a student wishing to discover the Salesforce BA role.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Salesforce Business Analyst Intern (M/F), you work within our Lyon team and contribute to the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

• Participate in analysing user business requirements
• Contribute to drafting User Stories, EPICs and functional specifications
• Participate in Salesforce configuration for simple to intermediate use cases
• Assist in creating and updating functional documentation (processes, specifications, user guides)
• Contribute to the preparation of analysis reports and presentation materials
• Participate in functional testing and UAT phases
• Support end-user training
• Train on Salesforce solutions through our mentoring programme and prepare for Salesforce certifications

Qualifications

You are currently in your final year at a business school, engineering school, or university (Bac+5) and are looking for a final-year internship in consulting or digital projects.

• Interest in CRM systems and digital transformation.
• Initial exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools appreciated.
• Good analytical, communication, and synthesis skills.
• Organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
• Team spirit and curiosity.
