Job Title: Healthcare Unit Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Unit Manager and make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee the daily operations of our service unit, ensuring quality care and effective team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the healthcare team in daily operations.
• Organize and coordinate unit activities based on patient needs and available resources.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of patient care.
• Assist professionals in their work organization and manage daily challenges.
• Contribute to staff scheduling and adapt workforce to unit demands.
• Coordinate patient journeys from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate closely with the medical team and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Welcome and mentor new staff and students.
• Implement institutional procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Qualification in healthcare management or equivalent for supervisory roles.
• Experience in managing a healthcare team.
• Experience in psychiatric care is a plus.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Capability to support professionals and manage sensitive or conflictual situations.
• Proficiency in common IT tools.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD) with a work schedule of 38 hours per week, including 18 RTT (reduced working time) days per year.
