Job Description

• Rémunération minimum conventionnel - Niveau 6

• Mission principales (liste non exhaustive) :

• Animation de l’équipe, accueillir et fidéliser les clients selon nos standards, respecter la planification et s’adapter aux imprévus

• Assurer la formation en continu des équipes

• Lien entre la direction et l’équipe de vendeurs, assurer les remontées et descentes d’informations

• Ouvrir et/ou fermer le magasin en conformité avec les politiques et procédures LEGO.
