Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager to support our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our unit while collaborating closely with the medical team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and support to the nursing team.
• Organize and coordinate unit activities based on patient needs and available resources.
• Ensure the continuity, quality, and safety of care provided.
• Assist professionals in managing their work and addressing daily challenges.
• Contribute to scheduling and adapt staffing levels to meet unit needs.
• Support the coordination of patient pathways from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate closely with medical staff and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Welcome and mentor new staff and students.
• Implement institutional procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Health management diploma or equivalent qualification for supervisory roles.
• Experience managing a healthcare team.
• Experience in psychiatry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Capability to support professionals and handle sensitive or conflictual situations.
• Proficiency in common IT tools.

Working Conditions

• Contract type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Work location: Lyon.
• Working hours: 38 hours per week with 18 RTT (reduced working time) days per year.
