Job Description

Generative AI (Copilot, Copilot Studio) and the Power Platform are the primary digital innovation levers within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role, based at the Lyon office, targets an experienced Business Analyst, capable of translating business needs into concrete use cases and prioritising them by ROI within a multidisciplinary major-account team.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Microsoft AI & Power Platform Business Analyst (M/F), you join the AI Business Solutions Service Line at the Lyon office within a multidisciplinary team (Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Change Managers, Technical Experts, Developers), focused on digital projects linked to Business value creation for our major-account clients.

• Analyse, challenge and transform business needs into innovative, scalable and adopted Microsoft digital solutions
• Facilitate business workshops to understand challenges, pain points and opportunities
• Translate needs into concrete use cases around AI, automation and the Power Platform
• Qualify value, estimate ROI and prioritise use cases by impact, feasibility and effort
• Produce as-is/to-be mappings and identify optimisation, automation or innovation levers
• Co-build implementation roadmaps and arbitrate with an MVP and continuous improvement logic
• Participate in functional design (Copilot agents, workflows, apps, automations) and collaborate with technical teams
• Draft clear functional specifications and define business rules, user journeys and acceptance criteria
• Monitor implementation, ensure business alignment and support change management
• Define and track KPIs, analyse actual usage and propose continuous optimisations
• Challenge business requests and propose innovative and differentiating uses of Microsoft technologies
• Work in agile mode (Scrum, MVP, iterative) and contribute to continuous improvement of practices
• Maintain an active watch on Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and the Microsoft AI ecosystem

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in IS, UX, digital project management, or innovation.
• Strong experience (5-8 years) in Business Analysis around Microsoft solutions (Power Platform, M365, AI, Copilot, automation, process digitization).
• Proven proficiency in functional workshops around Microsoft solutions (Power Apps, Automate, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Dataverse, Azure AI, etc.), requirements gathering and documentation in Microsoft Cloud environments.
• Microsoft certifications (AB-900, AB-730, AB-731, PL-900, PL-100/PL-200, AI-900, etc.) or PSM/PSPO or ECBA/IIBA certifications are a plus.
• Interest in AI and automation, good understanding of capabilities and limitations, ability to prototype in low code/no code and create simple or intermediate agents.
• Active listening, attention to detail, and autonomy, with a consulting and innovation mindset. Pedagogical skills and good communication.
• Fluent English is required (international context) and you must be fluent in French.
• Knowledge of Klaxoon, Miro, Confluence, Figma, Jira, or other collaborative tools will be appreciated.
