• Post Quantum Cryptography : With the rapid progress of Quantum computing, we recognize the critical importance of evaluating and future-proofing our cybersecurity infrastructure to ensure resilience in the Quantum era
• Artificial Intelligence : We are pioneering the development of next-generation intelligent systems where Generative AI converges with Agentic AI to create autonomous, adaptive, and creative digital security agents

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Expert to lead our efforts in understanding, preparing for, and transitioning toward Quantum-resilient securityand helping to shape the future of agentic AI security.

Main responsibilities

As our in-house expert on Quantum cybersecurity, you will:

• Assess the impact of Quantum computing on the security of our infrastructures and applications
• Lead pilot projects to test and validate Quantum-Proof technologies
• Synthetize and share clear visibility on Sanofi's preparedness for the Quantum revolution on Cyber scope
• Educate and advise internal stakeholders on risks, timelines, and mitigation strategies
• Develop a roadmap for transitioning to Quantum-Safe cryptography, aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST PQC)
• Monitor global developments in quantum computing and post-Quantum cryptography
• Prioritize and prepare key digital services evolutions, working closely with service owners to ensure readiness with regards to costs, timelines, and upskilling forecasts

As an AI expert, you will:

• Design, build, and deploy a Cyber AI agent (leverage LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal systems among sanofi standards)
• Develop agentic architectures capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous decision-making
• Integrate Cyber AI agents with APIs, tools, and real-world environments (e.g., web, cloud, IoT)
• Optimize model performance, memory, and inference pipelines
• Collaborate with product teams to bring intelligent agents to life
• Establish cybersecurity frameworks and monitoring controls for Cloud AI systems with a specific focus on autonomous AI Cloud agents
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into your activities

About you

If you are passionate about leading cybersecurity into the Quantum and AI era, diving deep into complex technical challenges, exploring cutting-edge technologies, collaborating across diverse teams and cultures, and crafting actionable, data-driven strategies then this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Technical qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Quantum computing principles
• Cryptographic algorithms in conjunction with NIST standardization efforts
• Public-key infrastructures and cryptographic protocols knowledge
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques
• Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGPT, OpenAgents, CrewAI, ReAct)
• Experience with multimodal AI (text + image/audio/video)
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience deploying AI in production (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms)
• Strong experience with PowerShell, Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Transformers)
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Familiarity with data crunching and data build processes
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of relational database systems, data structuring, and Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Strong experience in report creation and dashboard development in Power BI
• API and Library Experience: Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs for data integration and management
• Experience with source code management tools such as GitHub

• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in an international and fast paced environment

• Strong ability to make informed trade-offs and decisions in complex situations
