Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager

Are you ready to make a difference in the healthcare sector? We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Manager to contribute to the daily operations of our unit. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in healthcare management, nursing, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and support to the nursing team.
• Organize and coordinate unit activities based on patient needs and available resources.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of care.
• Assist professionals in organizing their work and managing daily situations.
• Manage schedules and adapt staffing levels to meet unit demands.
• Participate in coordinating patient journeys from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate closely with the medical team and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of new professionals and students.
• Contribute to the implementation of institutional procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) and at least 6 months of experience.
• Health management diploma or qualification for supervisory roles.
• Experience in managing a healthcare team.
• Experience in psychiatry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to support professionals and handle sensitive or conflictual situations.
• Proficiency in common computer tools.

Working Conditions

• Contract: Full-time CDD for 6 months.
• Work location: Lyon area.
• Working hours: 38 hours per week, with 18 RTT (reduced working time) per year.
