We are seeking an HR Specialist to enhance our HRIS functionality and drive effective human resource strategies within our organisation. This hybrid role based in Lyon involves collaborating with various departments to ensure our HR systems support overall business objectives. The focus is on optimisation, compliance, and enhancing employee experience through technology.
• Proven experience managing HRIS systems and related technologies
• Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Ability to analyse data to inform decision-making and drive improvements
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in HR
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
