Role : Commission-based sales freelancer (acquisition, management) for innovative B2B wellness/creativity/development startup.

Potential scopes and experience : France/Francophonie focus (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg etc.), potentially expansion across Europe.

Location : Lyon or Paris, France

ABOUT US Culture Vitale is building an innovative new category of impactful, creative corporate experiences: Sessions of Vitality — immersive half-day to multi-day formats that energise, inspire, and connect teams through a blend of well-being, creativity, and development activities. We have a network of 1,000 expert hosts and 1,500+ experiences globally, helping with creativity, stress, cohesion, leadership, motivation, confidence, energy, communication, and more. Think team-building through perfume making, presentation skills building through theater, innovative leadership coaching with a Buddhist monk, mindfulness through opera, and more!

SEEKING YOU

Our new, innovative B2B experiential company, Culture Vitale, is looking for a dynamic commission-based sales associate (with potential salaried role/partnership opportunity for the right person in future) to represent our unique offering to corporate clients.

Your Role

- Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, leadership teams, managers, sales/marketing leaders)

- Present and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality to new clients

- Convert leads to bookings and nurture repeat business

- Represent Culture Vitale as an independent commercial partner

- Pursue ongoing commission and act as the first touchpoint for clients

Ideal Candidate

- Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile

- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries

- Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus)

- Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients

- Based in Paris ideally

- Commission-based earnings with ongoing unlimited commission on repeat/subscription clients

- Base or partnership opportunities may be discussed for the right person

- Full flexibility to work independently and manage your schedule

Requirements

- Sales experience (account acquisition/management) in France.

- Ok with working on commission-only for the coming months

- Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile

- Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries

- Fluent in French, English (other EU languages are a plus)

- Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients

- In or ability to travel to Paris regularly a bonus

Bonus: EMEA experience/key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin etc.
