About the Role

We are creating a new strategic role to drive our commercial efficiency and accelerate our growth in France: Head of South-East Region (Lyon)

Our vision is to split France into four major macro-regions, each led by a regional leader fully accountable for growth, performance, and local execution.

Your North Star KPI: Net Revenue Growth in your territory.

You will be the ultimate owner of sunday’s success, or failure, within your Region.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale your regional commercial team

• Manage, coach, and develop the existing Regional Sales Team Lead, who plays a central role in driving the team’s day-to-day performance.

• Partner closely with the Sales Team Lead to recruit, structure, and scale a local sales team — field-based or Paris-based - adapted to the specific needs of the territory.

• Work together to set clear targets, strengthen sales execution, and ensure consistent quota attainment across the team.

Build a high-performing Account Management team

• Recruit and manage Account Managers dedicated to onboarding and account growth

• Drive adoption, upsell, retention, and churn fightback

• Maintain a strong, trust-based relationship with restaurateurs in your portfolio

Be the voice of your region

• Bring customer insights and market needs to Product, Tech, RevOps, and Pricing

• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Enterprise…)

• Adapt our commercial strategy to local specificities: customer types, culture, go-to-market channels

Drive regional performance & operational excellence

• Set OKRs aligned with company priorities

• Run regional rituals: weekly reviews, pipeline reviews, coaching, performance follow-up

• Ensure data-driven reporting and proactive KPI management

About You

• Strong experience managing Sales and/or Account Management teams

• Ability to build from scratch: structure, iterate, scale

• Solid analytical skills: pipeline management, forecasting, budget ownership, KPI management

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management

• Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, resourceful, hands-on

• Experience in restaurants, foodtech, hospitality or SaaS is a plus

• Professional working proficiency in English
