DIAGNOLY is a MedTech start-up based in Lyon, France, on a mission to revolutionize fetal screening. Our AI-powered software connects to ultrasound machines, analyzing exams in real time to help doctors detect complex fetal pathologies before birth. By significantly improving prenatal detection rates, our technology reduces the risk of lifelong disabilities, handicap, or lethal outcomes for concerned babies. As we accelerate our clinical evidence demonstration, we are seeking a Clinical Affairs Project Manager to oversee the operational execution of our clinical strategy.

Your day-to-day actions

As the key operational link between Diagnoly, our clinical sites, and our internal data science team, you coordinate trial delivery across sites in Europe and the US, oversee clinical data acquisition, and drive the scientific publications that support our regulatory and marketing claims.

Clinical trial coordination

• Coordinate clinical trials end-to-end: site selection and onboarding, timelines, enrolment tracking, and day-to-day sponsor operations, in partnership with our regulatory function,
• Establish and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals,
• Act as the main point of contact for investigator sites, ensuring strong, well-run collaborations.

Clinical data operations

• Oversee the collection and quality control of fetal ultrasound data from clinical sites for R&D and clinical studies.
• Ensure data collection runs smoothly and in line with clinical and research needs.

Scientific publications

• Manage the scientific publication pipeline, coordinating manuscript and congress submission timelines with investigators. 

Cross-functional alignment

• Work closely with our Medical Advisory Board, Chief of Staff, and data science team to keep clinical operations aligned with company strategy.
• Occasional travel across Europe and the US to meet clients, conduct site visits and represent Diagnoly at key events.

At Diagnoly, you are not simply a Clinical Affairs Project Manager: you are the operational backbone of our clinical strategy, turning trial data into the scientific evidence that supports our mission.

Your best assets

Experience: You have 5–7 years' experience in a similar role (clinical research associate, clinical trial coordinator, or clinical project manager). Experience in medical devices / Software as a Medical Device is a strong plus.

Clinical data & publications expertise: You have hands-on experience in clinical data acquisition and quality control, comfortable using clinical data tools, along with a track record coordinating scientific publications or conference abstract submissions tied to clinical trial results.

Organization & rigor: Comfortable owning multiple concurrent clinical sites hands-on, you are self-driven, rigorous, and familiar with GDPR-compliant data handling.

Language & field sense: Fluent in French and English, you're ideally familiar with ObGyn or fetal medicine clinical environments, and motivated by making a real impact on prenatal care.
