Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Healthcare Manager to lead an innovative ambulatory care initiative based in Oullins. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

You will be part of RéCrEA (Résolution de la Crise En Ambulatoire), a groundbreaking ambulatory service launched in November 2024. This initiative consists of three interconnected units:

• A home crisis treatment team (8 places, intensive care type).
• A day hospital for crisis management (8 places).
• A dedicated mobile team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Oversee the operation of the service, fostering partnerships within the community, monitoring activity indicators, and managing the budget.
• Team Management: Inspire, organize, and evaluate a diverse team of 21 healthcare professionals, including nurses and support staff.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the organization and traceability of nursing care projects within the ambulatory care framework.
• Institutional Engagement: Participate in on-call duties and contribute to cross-functional working groups.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in healthcare management (or equivalent nursing qualification).
• Experience in adult psychiatry.
• Strong synthesis abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and a valid driving license (Permis B).
• A minimum of Bac+3 and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
