Lead a team of trust and safety analysts monitoring online content, resolving escalated cases, and ensuring high compliance with platform policies.

Coach and develop your team , nurturing both their technical performance and their well-being in a challenging but meaningful space.

Analyze trends and proactively optimize workflows, quality metrics, and training needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, quality assurance, and global operations teams.

What You Bring:

Full professional fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)

Experience in content moderation, digital operations, or compliance

Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence especially when navigating sensitive content

Ability to inspire trust, manage team dynamics, and deliver under pressure
