Main Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the medical strategy to support the company’s portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Oversee scientific engagement with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and advisory boards to ensure strong medical alignment.
• Ensure all medical activities comply with global regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and internal governance.
• Provide medical expertise to cross‑functional teams, contributing to product development, evidence generation, and lifecycle management.
• Drive the creation and review of medical and scientific materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, clinical, and regulatory teams to support strategic decision‑making and operational excellence.
• Monitor medical projects, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop medical affairs team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Represent the Medical Affairs function in internal and external meetings, delivering clear and impactful scientific insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in leading Medical Affairs activities at an international level, including medical strategy development, scientific engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration. Background in clinical research or medical oversight is strongly valued.
• Skills: Excellent strategic and scientific communication abilities, strong leadership, and the capacity to influence internal and external stakeholders. Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, medical compliance, and industry standards.
• Education: Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
