Join Our Team as a Healthcare Manager

Are you passionate about leading healthcare teams and ensuring high-quality patient care? We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Manager to oversee daily operations in our unit. This role is perfect for professionals with a background in healthcare management, nursing, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team in their daily activities.
• Organize and coordinate unit operations based on patient needs and available resources.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of care provided to patients.
• Assist professionals in organizing their work and managing daily challenges.
• Contribute to scheduling and adjusting staffing levels according to unit needs.
• Coordinate patient journeys from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Welcome and mentor new staff and students.
• Implement institutional procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Qualification in healthcare management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing a healthcare team.
• Experience in psychiatry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to support professionals and manage sensitive or conflict situations.
• Proficient in common computer software.

Working Conditions

• Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract.
• Working Hours: 38 hours per week with 18 RTT (reduced working time) days per year.
• Location: Lyon area.
