Project Manager DATA / IA F/H

Position Description: You rejoin CGI, a global leader in consulting and digital services in Lyon, and support our clients. Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in the following areas: Delivery:

• Steering several Build projects, from contract signing to completion of work, including financial and organizational management, compliance with deadlines and quality, as well as resource management.
• Promote the visibility of CGI's Data & AI expertise among clients.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Animate governance instances.

Management:

• Depending on opportunities and your appetite, possibility of supervising a team of 12 to 15 engineers.
• Share and develop the skills of Data & AI community members.

Ambassador of our know-how:

• Promote CGI's know-how to our clients and partners.
• Participate in steering pre-sales actions and responding to calls for tenders.
• Propose innovation approaches and contribute to the valorization of CGI's expertise.
• Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in the Data & AI field and play an advisory role to management on these subjects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

With a higher education (Bac+5) in an engineering school, computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics or equivalent, you have significant experience in managing Data and/or AI projects. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with responsibility for large-scale projects, from the framing phase to the deployment of solutions, in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders. You have:

• Knowledge of the IT services world, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in managing Build projects in Agile or Waterfall mode as Project Director.
• Technical expertise in the Data & AI field on the main market technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Diplomatic and attentive, you know how to unite your interlocutors.
• A real leadership posture. Honest, you have a strong managerial fiber.
• A sense of responsibility; serious, rigorous and organized, you are committed to the quality of your achievements.
• A C1/C2 level of English.
