Electrical Technical Support - France (alternance / apprentissage)

Your mission

We are constantly moving forward and looking out for several working students in the department of Distribution Services to support our growth in the solar industry.

• Supporting our colleagues in the technical hotline and ticketing system.
• Providing answers to customers about our technical products (answering questions to our customers regarding our PV products and PV inverters etc.).
• Supporting in creating FAQs, online courses, tutorials as well as recording and documenting for the related regions.
• Provide technical support on remote basis.
• Provide operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform.

Your profile

• You are pursuing a degree at the university for one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics or a related field.
• You are living in Lyon or the Lyon area.
• Structured and autonomous way of working.
• Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things.
• Fluent French (C1) and English skills (min. B2) are a must have . Communication with our clients will be in French and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
