CDI UX Designer W/M/NB

Position Duties

As a UX Designer, you will design and improve the player experience of Million Lords, our live mobile MMO. You'll use player insights and collaborate with Game Design, UI, and Tech to create intuitive features and smooth gameplay experiences.

You will :

• Address complex interaction problems by following the UX process : problem definition, design exploration, prototyping, testing, iteration, and handoff for implementation.
  
• Design and optimize user flows and wireframes to improve the different game areas (onboarding, core gameplay, menus, etc.).
  
• Leverage product data (funnels, retention, engagement, player feedback) to prioritize improvements and measure their impact.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Game Design, UI, and Tech teams to transform UX concepts into concrete solutions.
  
• Write in-game interface copy to ensure clarity and engagement for players.
  
• Play and analyze mobile games to identify UX patterns and best practices, turning insights into tangible improvements for our game.
  

Candidate Profile

You have :

• 4+ years of experience in UX Design within the video game industry, ideally on mobile games
  
• Experience working on mid-core games ; F2P knowledge is a plus
  
• A user-centered design approach with a strong understanding of interaction design and human-computer interaction principles
  
• Strong skills in ergonomics, information hierarchy, and prototyping
  
• Experience designing with Figma and writing UX
  
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  
• A problem solver able to tackle complex interaction challenges
  

Additional Information

Contract : Full-time, based in Lyon,
Start date : As soon as possible
Salary : Between 34k€ & 38k€ per year
