Job Responsibilities:

• Performing dry haircuts for both men and women
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Promoting and selling hair care products
• Creating a positive and friendly working environment
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of hairdressing experience or hairdresser certification
• Proficient in cutting both men's and women's hair
• Intermediate level of English language
• EU passport
• Basic digital skills for using our appointment app

Competitive Salary Package and Conditions:

• Base salary starting at 2.300€ net per month
• Additional bonuses based on product sales, number of haircuts, etc.
• Paid extra hours, ensuring that your efforts are properly compensated
• Average company salary incl. bonuses etc.: 3.300€ net per month.
• Work flexible hours of 32-40 hours per week
  • Monday to Saturday, with two Saturdays off per month
• Relocating to a breathtaking Norwegian city such as Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Tromsø,… and many more!
