We are seeking a dedicated Health Unit Manager to lead our neuromodulation unit, DMP, and pain center. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for healthcare management and a commitment to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and support paramedical teams, ensuring effective collaboration with medical professionals.
• Project Management: Facilitate the organization and implementation of projects within the neuromodulation unit, DMP, and pain center.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the continuity and safety of care across all units.
• Human Resources Management: Conduct annual performance reviews and support training initiatives for staff.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships both internally and externally to enhance patient care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Participate in various committees and ensure adherence to healthcare standards.
• Patient Programming: Coordinate patient appointments and educational sessions related to health and wellness.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) and a valid Health Manager certification or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a similar role, with managerial experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
• Certifications: Additional qualifications in pain management or hygiene are a plus.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for potential travel.
