Job Opportunity: Health Unit Supervisor

Join our dynamic team as a Health Unit Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our healthcare service. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for leadership and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the daily activities of the healthcare team.
• Organize and coordinate unit activities based on patient needs and available resources.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of care provided.
• Assist professionals in organizing their work and managing daily challenges.
• Help manage staffing schedules and adapt workforce to meet unit demands.
• Facilitate patient journey coordination from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Ensure effective communication within the team.
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of new staff and students.
• Contribute to the implementation of institutional procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Qualification in health management or equivalent for supervisory roles.
• Experience in managing a healthcare team is essential.
• Background in psychiatry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Capability to support staff and manage sensitive or conflict situations.
• Proficient in standard computer applications.

Working Conditions

• Full-time fixed-term contract (6 months).
• Working hours: 38 hours per week.
• 18 additional days off (RTT) per year.
