As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you’ll play a key role in driving RentalReady’s growth by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines, engaging with potential clients and setting up high-value meetings for our sales team

🔍 What you’ll do:

Prospect & Outreach – Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more .

Lead Generation & Qualification – Use tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Lemlist. to find and qualify leads.

Appointment Setting – Schedule high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.

Collaboration – Work closely with the Sales & Marketing teams to refine our acquisition strategy.

CRM Management – Keep track of interactions and maintain a structured sales pipeline.

⚡ Your Profile:

🔹 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or prospecting (internships included) :

🔹 Knowledge of the short-term rental industry ; specifically, experience in property management or the tourism sector would be a strong asset.

🔹 Strong communication & persuasion skills.

🔹 Resilient, proactive, and passionate about challenges.

🔹 Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools .

🔹 Experience with cold calling & cold emailing is a plus.

🔹 Native French speaker , with professional English , in order to communicate effectively with colleagues within the company.
