Electronics Process Engineer
- Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
- Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
- Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures).
- Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
- Participate in monitoring EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery.
- Define and coordinate implementation of assembly and testing phases for the final product in our Prague production unit.
- Manage and monitor orders between Prague and the EMS manufacturing plant based on annual sales forecasts.
- Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Electronics Engineering.
- Previous experience as an Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager.
- Experience managing technical projects, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of electronics, including electronic schematics, components, and industry standards (CE, RoHS, IPC, etc.).
- Good understanding of industrial processes, including PCB assembly, testing, quality control, and traceability.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including BOMs, mechanical drawings, and manufacturing files.
- Experience working with CAD tools such as Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of automation and testing, including test benches, microcontroller programming, and validation scripts.
- Fluent in both French and English.
